Why us… here’s the catch. Why me?

TGA

is a one-man freelance Adobe expert named, Mark van Rensburg.

Although large companies ability in writing web sites get the job done (some very spectacular), in all fairness do the right hand know what the left hand is doing?

Having a great web site is one thing... being able to find you on the web another. I take pride in creating custom graphic designs. A lot of larger based companies use what is called pre-designed graphics. Basically the same where you may be able to buy a web site for $99. Expect to get what you pay for, not to mention the frustration.

So in some cases quite ironic you find yourself bragging to friends and family about your new site, only to hear that a site just like yours pop up somewhere else - and so by the way: its not exactly like yours they only changed your background from red to blue!

So you ad your product to the web. Selling the Master 2000 Deluxe Vacuum cleaner. You are ready to take advantage of the web, only to find out from a friend that the name of the picture of your product is listed in html code as industrial coat hangers – not very funny, well ok to your friend its quite humorous! You see even a small mistake like this could mean that search engines get confused between your supposed listing, and featured product. In short confusion leads to abandonment, and thus your competitors are getting greater listings.

The above mentioned fault was most probably made innocently, but the concern lies as already explained – one guy creates the graphics, the other web layout and structure. Did I forget to mention another guy is working on the flash media, and not to talk about java/ action scripting? Either case you sell vacuum cleaners and honestly trust that the work that has been put into your web site has the same pride in it than you have for your company.

Resolution – TGA is both the graphic artist, as he is the web designer. Freelance means pride in what I do, and in all honestly you are not put on hold so that we can have a discussion in the back room as to whom to blame. Your site or artwork is my soul responsibility, my pride and my dignity.

Again emphasizing the fact that as a free lance artist there is only so much I can do – in other words only your project from start to finish to the next customer. No more talking to all employees of a web site company, getting frustrated being placed on hold. Great to know that at a fixed price you have a designer available 24/7 until your product is finished and you are left awestruck with the response you get.

Taking pride in having YOU referring me to others.
